Plot summary
Prem (Adhyayan Suman) is a medical student from Delhi who attends his friend's wedding in Lucknow and falls in love with Sunaina (Karishma Kotak) at first sight. He wants to marry her and even fights her brother Krishna who shares a close bond with his sister. Prem swears to marry Sunaina in the next 10 days and manages to keep his word. However, on their wedding night, Sunaina finds out that Prem lied to her about his family background and runs away from him. Prem is depressed and unable to concentrate on his studies. His professor K.K (Sharat Saxena) scolds him and later consoles him. He advises him to focus on his studies as he is a bright student and wants him to top the MBBS exams. Meanwhile, Sunaina decides to find Prem and bring him to justice for hurting her and her family. She vows to only come back once she finds Prem. Will Sunaina be able to forgive Prem?
