Logic Pro X 10.3.3 ((INSTALL))
I have a mac that will only run LPX 10.3.3 as it has El Captian, but I don't see how to get it on the apple site as it only offers the latest 10.4 which won't run on on my mac pro 5,1 2010 from what I read. some one said to login into a mac with Sierra ,use my apple id , and d/l but it will only Dl/ the newest version(10.4), so I would be spending $200 on a version I can't run, how do i get around this? It seems as if Apple leaves a lot of user in the dust if we can't afford a new mac every year!
Logic Pro X 10.3.3
Every description of how to do this requires seeing an update icon, option or menu item which is not to be found. I've tried from the App Store, but there's only purchase. I've already compressed and stored the 10.3 and backed up projects. I've been at this all day but all routes lead back to the update icon being available and it does not exist. I'll just stick with 10.3.3 High Sierra on MacBook Pro until more information becomes available but this is highly unusual with Mac.

I'm currently on 10.3.2 and have problems with the midi event editor freezing Logic. Where can I download the 10.3.3 update? I'm still on El Capitan so cannot update to 10.4, it's not an option in the App Store.
You basically need to temporarily put all versions of logic in the trash anywhere on your system. Including older versions you may have backed up. As long as the App Store does not "see" any installed version of Logic it should offer the 10.3.3 update in the purchased tab.
The purchased tab shows "open" instead of "install" that means it's still "seeing" Logic somewhere. I kept getting "open" even after thinking I removed all Logic versions, so ended up clicking open and it showed me exactly where it was trying to open Logic. I had a version tucked away in a folder. After I put that in the trash it finally showed "install" in the purchased tab, allowing me to download and install 10.3.3.
